All authors are requested to submit electronically a one-page abstract with a maximum of 250 words in Times New Roman 12pt. The abstract should be single-column format double spaced, and justified.

The Abstract submission should also include a Title, the authors, their Institutions, and email of the corresponding author. It must be submitted in the following format:

Deadline for Abstract submissions is Friday, May 16 of 2008. The selected abstracts for oral and poster presentations will be notified by email on Friday, May 23 of 2008.

The conference has several formats for oral presentations, and therefore the time slot assigned for the presentation will vary accoding to the talk. They are:

1. Invited talks - 50 mins. presentation and 10 mins for questions.
2. Short talks - 20 mins. presentation and 5 mins for questions.
3. Forum talks - 15 mins. presentation and questions at the end of all presentations.

The size of poster is 36 inch height (91.44 cm) by 24 inch width (60.96 cm). The abstract should be placed on the left side upper corner of the poster.
