REGISTRATION
All participants must register and pay a conference fee. You have three methods of payment; on-line, certified check by mail, and on-site. Please read carefully the provided information in order to complete your registration process.

May 31, 2008 - Deadline to receive payment by mail (certified check only)
June 16, 2008 - On-line registration closes
June 18, 2008 - On-site registration

| Registration Fees: |
$350 for professional
$150 for students (must submit evidence of full time enrollment)

| The registration fees cover the following: |
Conference materials, certificate of credits of continuous education, simultaneous translation (spanish and english), continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, transportation between hotels and conference venue in the morning and afternoon, welcoming cocktail, and cultural activity with dinner.

| Methods of Payment : |
On-line: This is the faster and easier way of registration. It is a secure system and you can pay by using your Visa, Mastercard, or ATH from Banco Popular de Puerto Rico. Students must send by email (cohemis@ece.uprm.edu) or fax (787-265-6340) copy of the course enrollmment (class registration).
By mail: You must send a certified check before May 31, 2008.

| Refunds and Cancellation: |
In the event of registration cancellation, fees paid in advance are refundable - less a US$100 service charge - provided written notification is received, postmarked no later than June 1, 2008. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after June 1, 2008. There will be no refunds for no-shows. If the conference is canceled, the liability of CoHemis and the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez is limited to the registration fee. CoHemis and the University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
